This department works with the Operation manager to ensure the planned and reactive maintenance work is conducted safely, efficiently and within budget. Responsible for ensuring the machines and equipment are maintained ensuring maximum productivity is achieved which includes the calibration of equipment.
Ensure the premises are safe and secure at all times and conduct all safety critical checks in accordance with relevant legislation and compliant with legal, health and safety standards. Responsible for the induction of third-party contractors.
As a member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with the Duclo team to increase the recycled material output, reduce waste and increase efficiencies to ultimately #bringwastefullcircle.
