This department is responsible for the procurement and negotiation of plastic waste grades to meet the operations processing monthly budget. This includes grading and assessing waste material, matching purchased to specifications, onboarding of new suppliers and account management of existing suppliers.
This very important role is responsible for contracting of waste with suppliers and negotiation to achieve company traded budget and trading waste materials which includes sourcing waste materials and establishing an end user. Also maintaining accurate stock inventory.
The company currently processes and handles some plastic material that is purchased by international buyers. This material is deemed to be commercially unsuitable for the domestic market, but is seen as a usable commodity in the overseas market place. This team are responsible for EA waste export compliance on waste material contract.
